    I believe more and more men will be in our shoes. The amount of available drugs, pornography, processed foods; chemicals that are widely used by most people will play a detrimental role in mankind. As dr lin said it’s only a matter of time before men become sexually exhausted, but unfortunately we are now seeing this problem reach in young men, and this problem I feel is only going to grow. This is a disease of modern society. A society can not thrive on processed foods and pills. Processed foods and high tech. are very new but look at the damage its caused in just under a few decades.

    i recommend everyone read the book called “Our Stolen Future: How We Are Threatening Our Fertility, Intelligence and Survival–“

    There is another way that you can stop porn addiction, chronic masturbation and recover your sexual health without fighting it with willpower. With the right mindset you won't even relapse. You can learn more about the recovery program here

    Agreed. Who knows where the pendulum is on its swing… Small populous will lead things back… Problem is sorting through the noise. Greed is the primary polluntant. Ironically, I believe the ultimate fix will be a simple low cost solution: 1) Fast, 2) Cleanse, 3) Rest, 4) Nutrition, 5) Exercise (Mental/Physcial)

    personally I only blame myself for starting this cycle of SE, which i’m thankful i’m no longer part of. you can’t really blame the internet and fast food and all the high tech for SE. these things have their positives and negatives and they can be to our advantage if we made good use to them. Its really our weak inner selves, lack of self-confidence and ignorance that has lead to this. I’ve a learnt alot from this experience.

    and just a comment on nutrition that editman2 brought up, I believe you should eat according to your blood and metabolic types combined.

    what ticks me is how much information is kept from a modern day consumer. read a book called “What you don’t know is killing you” by Dr Don Colbert, MD. he brings everything from a biblical view but with a bias to medicine since he’s a naturopathic doctor. some of the products killing you slowly are things in our lives including: deodrants, roll-ons (alluminium in there), tap water (fluorine, chlorine, pesticides). if you boil pesticides still in there, environemetal pollution, detergents, washing soaps, shampoos (lead lead lead), processed foods, soft drinks, amalgum fillings (mercury in there), toothpaste (fluoride only necessary for teeth till you’re like 5 years old), sausages (lead), margerine

    the list goes on…but you’ll never be told this by these thriving industires

    well thats why he the book…

    1. Avoid roll-on, deodrants with alluminum in there. perspiration is natural and necessary.

    2, use herbal toothpastes

    3. have mercury fillings replaced with the porclein ones. carefull..this could leave you worse off (mercury poisoning). use a biological dentist who is aware of mercury poisoning danger

    4. do regular cleanses (colon, liver, kidney, gall, bladder, parasite, mercury).

    5. nutrition, supplementation (chelated multi, antioxidants, aminos)

    6. prayer and fasting

    7. avoid negative emotions (anger, hatred). this is big. i think yin talks about this a lot

    7. steam baths

    8. exercise

    9. use distilled water. for tap water install a carbon filter. replace it yearly

    etc etc

    People live longer in todays world, but are both mentally and physically weaker than previous generations. I can safely say this, as I see over 50 year old men having more stamina than many young men.

    Also I think, technological advances are not necessarily evil by nature, they can greatly help human kind to get things done more easily and be of great help increasing quality of life.

    Its the corporate and political leadership that often do not care much more than their own revenues and social status, and thats why technological advances are so much caused harm. Luckily, I think times will come where people will pay more and more attention to health and environmental welfare, as I know nothing that goes against the nature can not go on forever and be healthy ( works for humans too ).

    someone on this forum said his doctor thinks this is a rare disease… i doubt it since nobody tells young men that this over-practice of masturbation and sex is very harmful. Nowaday society promote on every media channel (and this is also everybody`s opinion that a man should have sex as much as he likes , much is better, the movies induce the ideea that is normal to have many “numbers” in the same sex encounter so ejaculating abundant and more often is a good and healthy thing.

    as says this is not media and internet fault for our SE but since nobody warn on this particular issue , the numer of exhausted is much more (even those who feel exhausted dont know yet whats happening with them). In the same time I want to put a question to all of you: suppose you have a child in the future(a boy) and he already has over 10-12 y.o. would you warn him about the danger of masturbation, of depleting his strength and stamina for these passing little moments of pleasure? I think this could be irresponsible of you not to warn him…

    I would be very happy not to know all of you and I think you would be either…

    If I ever be in a position having children I will teach them

    -healthy eating. Thats easy, since they grow up eating what their parents buy and prepare for them. Also, healthy eating does not mean eating only vegetables or something that tastes bad and I encourage eating well prepared tasty foods and also some desert when they grow older.

    -avoiding negative and complex emotional states and proving how these affect their health and well-being.

    -warn about excessive sex / masturbation. That might be little difficult, but I´m sure most of could do that overtime.

    -encourage listening to their own body and observing what is best for them so they will not grow dependent on others too much.

    – You are so correct Man! Since last Summer, I have totally changed my eating habits by consuming organic foods and using good quality supplements.

    * deodorants, roll-ons (alluminium in there)

    I use the Thai Crystal Deodorant Mist – no aluminum and works just like and even better than the chemical sh!t you buy at the grocery store.

    *tap water (fluorine, chlorine, pesticides)

    I now drink distilled water. No chemicals in it. The only bad thing is in plastic bottles but “oh well”… better than out of the effing faucet. Shower filter has been ordered.

    * if you boil, pesticides still in there, environmental pollution, detergents, washing soaps.

    I am still working on this one by getting some environmentally safe detergents for washing clothes and using organic hand soaps. All those chemicals get absorbed in the skin. Skin is the biggest organ on our bodies and exposed to the most!

    * shampoos (lead lead lead),

    I use organic shampoos and organic body soaps as I dont want any of the chemicals from bad shampoossoaps penetrating in pores.

    * processed foods, soft drinks,

    I BARELY eat anything processed and if it is then it’s organic. Never drink soft drinks so good there. Fruits, veggies, and organic chickenfish and rarely any red meat. Red meat should be grass-fed.

    * amalgam fillings (mercury in there),

    I had them all taken out last Summer. The mercury leaks into our blood streams causing many problems.

    * toothpaste (fluoride only necessary for teeth till you’re like 5 years old),

    Again, I use one with no flouride or sodium lauryl sulfate. No more canker sores for me.

    * sausages (lead),

    So much MSG, sodium, fat and the list goes. YACK!

    * margerine

    I only use Organic Olive Oil, Safflower Oil. Margarine is the WORST! Full of chems and all artificial. Bad for the heart and intestines. I take Black Currant Seed and Omega 3s daily.

    * negative emotions

    I try to laugh as much as I can everyday and watch TV that is funny. Nothing violent or disturbing. Not ready to see that again.

    I still take vitaminssupplements to help with my symptoms since feeling exhausted at the end of last year. Definitely feeling an improvement and have abstained for a month which is a milestone for me. I truly believe, like yourself, that eating correctly will definitely help for SEPE symptoms. I have also been diagnosed with acute prostatitis so sometimes pain and discomfort are a daily problem but that is getting better too (taking saw palmetto daily).

    If everyone follows these simple dietary rules then recovery is not far behind.

    Change occurs with a few people like ourselves to help others become more aware. They will make their own choices but at least they now are more educated about the matter. First, start with cleaning house, so to speak…I’ve posted this link already. I’m not affilaited with this in anyway just a consumer. Check out drnatura.com

    Ridding the body of toxins and waste build up in the colon will help us absorb nutirents from our food and the supplements that evryone is suggesting on the forum. I like to use the analogy of wash’n waxing your car. You wouldn’t put a nice coat of wax on a dirty car would you? No, clean it then put on the wax for a beautiful shine. I’m willing to bet that with this protocol and the tan tien breathing post suggestion you are off to a good start to rebuilding your overall health.

    One suggestion would be for some of us to add the link of this group to our signature and then go to places like curezone.com. They are one of the largest most frequented alternative health lifestyle community on the internet(that I’m aware of). They discuss practically every subject imaginable. If we post there then it will drive traffic to our group and eventually we may get lucky and some sex therapist, naturopathic doctors can help us.

    This is one idea.

    Good idea. I posted my symptoms there a couple of years ago and it was someone there that put me on to adrenal fatigue.

    mercury poisoning has some symptoms similar to se. if you have amalgum fillings it’s likely that you may have mercury poisoning, especially if they have turned black, this may mean that they’ve leaked into your system. i will consider this in the near future. but caution – it has to be done by a biological dentist who is very aware of the risks of mercury poisoning. this is because this surgery can leave you worse off than you were before having the procedure. mercury may leak back into your system during this procedure.

    Get rid of those fillings, fast and chelate (preferrably using suppositories)…

    Chelation is the key ingredient here!!! Don’t trust the heavy metals blood test for determining what is normal… Anything above 0 is not good. You can get mercury from eating tuna as well.

    Is it expensive to remove these mercury fillings, i cant imagine insurance covering this.

    I did mine 8 years ago and should have chelated immediately…

    I don’t remember how much it cost but for me it was worth it.

    BTW _ make sure the dentist dams every tooth so the mercury pieces don’t get accidently ingested. I had accidently ingested some at the end of the extraction and ended up quick sick after the removal process.
