    This video is excellent, i ended up wathcing all three parts. All the things he talks about are true and im sure we have all experienced them in diffrent extents. This is also coming from someone that dosnt believe that abstaining will cure you. But i do think that porn addiction is a terrible thing and can definetly make you sexually weak and have alot of difficulties with the other sex. great find.

    Hey Nicolas,

    Do you think you could post (perhaps in a new thread) your method of meditation? It’s one of the things I’ve never tried but am very keen to add it to my daily regime. I know there are a million different types/methods and just wondering what you’ve found useful. Some basic instructions would be good for us who’ve never done it.
