Check this out chaps if you’re still watching porn. It’s something you probably need to see. Choice is yours, take it or leave it, I’m not interested in hearing controversial responses, if you don’t agree or find it useful just ignore it.

I’m posting this because I know some people will find this very useful, because I did:

There is another way that you can stop porn addiction, chronic masturbation and recover your sexual health without fighting it with willpower. With the right mindset you won't even relapse. You can learn more about the recovery program here

This video is excellent, i ended up wathcing all three parts. All the things he talks about are true and im sure we have all experienced them in diffrent extents. This is also coming from someone that dosnt believe that abstaining will cure you. But i do think that porn addiction is a terrible thing and can definetly make you sexually weak and have alot of difficulties with the other sex. great find.

That was a simple and informative package. Thanks for posting.

It is a scientific fact that meditation grows the mass of the “New Brain”. This means it will help you to control yourself and heal your brain, think better, and speed up your personal evolution. And much more, of course.

    Everyone should meditate every day.

It is extremely hard for the porn addict, but extremely rewarding once you learn it.

This is a great find, thanks for sharing. The narrator makes a good point about resigning to the computer. That’s how I feel sometimes; so helpless that I don’t want to leave the computer.

    Hey Nicolas,

Do you think you could post (perhaps in a new thread) your method of meditation? It’s one of the things I’ve never tried but am very keen to add it to my daily regime. I know there are a million different types/methods and just wondering what you’ve found useful. Some basic instructions would be good for us who’ve never done it.

Wow I’m glad so many found it useful

Interesting article about a guy who stayed abstinent for a long time, he reckons it radically improved his sports performance. Worth a read anyway:
