    Hey…I was wondering how bad this was. Not necessarily how bad it was for your body, but will you be weaker in the weightroom if one ejaculations anywhere near the time they lift weights?

    I’ve started lifting weights more and more.

    If I ejaculate I feel weak and tired, so I don’t ejaculate when exercising.

    I have ejaculated since I started exercise, but after I ejaculate, I won’t exercise that day, or maybe even the next.

    My goal is not to ejaculate at all, exercise a lot, eat healthily, and master the anal breathing method and penis ballooning.

    You guys know how everywhere says to avoid stress and it’ll help heal the adrenals faster? Well, is weightlifting considered a stress? Does weightlifting slow down progress?

    I’m sure something about weightlifting stress, and how your body builds up a tolerance toward it.

    My own experience is when I exercise, its not the same as ejaculation, I don’t feel weak, irritable, or lack of motivation. Personally I think weightlifting and general exercise can only benefit a person.

    Look at Jack LaLanne, he is 95 years old and workouts 2 hours each day. He has done so many amazing feats in his old age, it is amazing this person isn’t more famous.

    I was reading a book called Spark, which I have yet to finish. Its all about how new science is revealing the benefits of exercise on the brain. Not only does exercise increase endorphins, but helps increase other neurotransmitters as well, which can only help our sexual exhaustion.

    I have found that after abstaining from ejaculation for at least a week that my strength and endurance improve dramatically. I am able to do more reps with more weight. I also notice I am much less likely to be sore after a workout as well.

    yeah jack is the man he said he hasnt had any sugar sweets since the age of 15… thats impressive.

    sugar puts to much stress on hormones, immune system, etc.
